Lead Generation Canvasser

​At State Roofing & Exteriors, we’ve proudly served Western Washington homeowners for over 55 years, delivering high-quality roofing, siding, decking, windows, and gutters — all designed for Pacific Northwest conditions. We are looking for motivated, outgoing individuals to join our team as Lead Generation Canvassers.

Work Location: In person

Responsibilities

• Go door-to-door in designated neighborhoods to introduce homeowners to State Roofing & Exteriors.
• Share information about our services and help homeowners schedule free consultations.
• Cold call prospective customers and build relationships with local businesses, HOAs, and commercial property contacts when not canvassing.
• Work under the marketing team while collaborating effectively across all departments.
• Maintain a positive, customer-first approach in all interactions.

Experience Requirements

• Canvassing: 2 years (Required)
• Customer service: 3 years (Preferred)

Qualifications

• Friendly, confident, and professional demeanor.
• Comfortable working outdoors and speaking with homeowners face-to-face.
• Ability to walk for extended periods and work flexible hours (including evenings and weekends).
• Reliable transportation to the office daily.
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
• Ability to obtain a canvassing license (we will assist with this process).
• Must comply with all local ordinances, including respecting “No Soliciting” signs.
• Individual will drive a company vehicle during work hours and wear company-branded apparel provided.
